Hive Return Policy?
For purchases made directly from Hive's website or over the phone, a return must be raised within 14 days of receiving the Hive products. This can be done by going to Account and then Orders & Returns in the Hive app or by logging into the account on the website. If a Hive product was installed by one of their expert partner engineers and needs to be returned, it must be done within 14 days of installation. Contacting Hive via webchat will arrange an engineer to remove the Hive kit.
If Hive products were purchased through one of their retail partners, any return is subject to the retail partner's return policy and their Terms and Conditions will apply. For more information on the return policy across all products and plans, refer to Hive's Terms & Conditions.
